Both options allow for easy conversion to common hub standards (QR 9x100, TA 12x100, TA 15x100).

Recommendations

For heavy duty use, get the 6 bolt version. It has 4 bearings along the axle. This creates more resistance, but massively increasese durability for heavy loads.

If you never carry more than 30kg then the centrelock version is fine. It's lighter, and makes installing and removing disc rotors much simpler to get right.
